TIME RESOLVED PHOTOMETRY

Time resolved photometry is necessary to detect intended or unintended light modulation. It ranges from measurement of flashing signals to the analysis of light source flicker in public lighting. LMT® offers a variety of products for the evaluation of modulated light sources.

Flash Measurement

Flashing lights are used in all kind of traffic situations for communication, navigation or as warning signals. They are regulated due to their importance and have to fulfill national or international standards. The LMT SF series covers the measurement of flashing lights in all relevant applications.

Flicker Analysis

The influence of the AC power network on optical flicker of light sourcees has been always of interest, but with the introduction of pulse-width modulated LEDs temporal light artefcts (TLA) are getting even more important.
